.. random ..

So yesterday was May 1st. Nathan and I have been together for four years and one month as of yesterday. Neato. We didn't do anything, but we never really do. Went to my house for dinner and then Nathan went bed and I watched TV until 12.30 am. I'm addicted to PVR cable and now I watch way too much TV - I love that I never have to miss an episode of my favourites, but I hate that all of a sudden I'm watching so much TV. I must be making up for lost time since i barely watched any TV while I was away at school.

I might have already found a place to live next year, about halfway between home and school which is perfect for me. It is a "room" [one really big space that can be divided into two rooms) in the basement of one of my mum's friend's houses. Their only daughter is leaving for her first year of University in September, so it will be a bit of a switch out. My mum is so excited, because she knows the area, and she knows that I will be safe there. I'm excited because it means I don't have to do any looking. And the best part is that rent is only $400/month [cheaper than residence] and that includes TV and internet. So hopefully my mum will take me to check out the space within the next two weeks!

A pair of pants I bought last year fit me properly now. It's kind of depressing because they were too big before, and now they fit pretty well. I'll just say tat they shrank, not that I gained any weight. Speaking of weight, I didn't gain the freshman fifteen during this last year. I gained a little, but I'm cool with that - I'm surprized I didn't gain more given all the crap and fast food that I ate every single day. But this summer will be different. Starting next week I am going to eat better and do some kind of exercise each day. I don't know what, but I'll do something.

Oh yeah...those two projects from two weeks ago - still haven't made any progress on them. oops.
